How to contribute
Create an account
- Click on the Create an account or log in link in the left hand bar under Personal Tools.
- Type in a User Name and Password.
- You may enter your email address if you would like people to be able to contact you. The MAEPedia will hide your email address and act as a go between for you and the person who wants to contact you.
Adding and Editing information
- Login to your account.
- Click the âÂÂEditâ link on the left under Views to edit any part of the page OR click on the âÂÂEditâ link to the next to each section to have access to just that section of the page.
- Type in any information you want to add or edit. At the bottom of the edit box click either âÂÂShow Previewâ to observe changes or âÂÂSave Pageâ to see the alterations youâÂÂve made

- The toolbar at the top of the page allows you to format your text.

Putting an image at the top of the page next to text
- Go to the very top of the edit page above the text you would like this embedded in.
- Add the following information:
[[image:ImageName.jpg|thumb|300px|[[Media:ImageName.jpg|ImageCaption]]]]
This format gives you the image, a caption and a link to the full size image.
